What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality and protecting your information is important to us. Every care is taken to maintain confidentiality. 

What is a clinical psychologist?

Clinical Psychologists work using evidenced-based approaches to treat mental health problems. They are trained in the NHS to doctorate level and train for around 9 years. Many psychologists also engage in further training after qualifying. 

Do you accept health insurance?

We accept most major health insurers. You can enquire with your health insurance company about whether they will provide cover for therapy. You will need to do this before beginning therapy.

Do you provide online therapy?

We provide online therapy using Skype or Zoom. Many clients find that online therapy is convenient and works well for them. Most therapies can be delivered online.
